Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a **Customer Success Executive** to provide hassle-free experience to our patients. She / He will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and other team members as the first point of contact for prospective as well as existing customers/Patients. The customer office executive will answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals. Perform specified routine procedures such as greeting and referring patients, answering routine/administrative inquiries, and general office support activities as appropriate.
**Primary Responsibilities would include -**
- Provide customers with accurate information about Saaol's products and services
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher-level support as needed
- Resolve Patients/customers’ concerns and answer customers' questions in a professional & positive manner.
- Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
**We are looking for someone who has -**
- 1+ years of experience in Telecalling, BPO or similar role is preferred, Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Good command over MS Word, MS Excel and Office Working Tools.
- **Familiarity with CRM software** (preferrably Leadsquared) and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Should be an extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
- High level of empathy while dealing with customers
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
