**Position: Junior Operations Assistant (Full-Time or Intern)**

**Location**: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
**Type**: Full-Time
**Salary/Stipend**: INR 15,000-25,000 per month (Experienced) | INR 6,000-12,000 per month (Intern)

**About Us**

We are a photography/film production company looking to expand, operating in a casual yet creative environment. We're looking for a proactive individual to help us streamline and manage daily operations, set up efficient systems, and support the business’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and teach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Process Management**:

- Document and standardize workflows for hiring, onboarding, project planning, and client management.
- Create checklists, templates, and SOPs for repetitive tasks.
- **System Setup**:

- Research and implement tools for project management (e.g., Asana, Notion) and automation.
- Help organize and streamline studio bookings, schedules, and client coordination.
- **Tracking and Metrics**:

- Define success metrics (KPIs) for operations and track performance using simple dashboards.
- Regularly audit and improve workflows.
- **General Support**:

- Manage day-to-day tasks like vendor coordination, data entry, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Trello, Notion, or similar software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a creative setup.
- Interest in learning and building operational systems.

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹8,381.56 - ₹43,484.41 per month

Supplemental Pay:
