- Handle daily service operations including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor service requests, log entries into the system, and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with service employees, customers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate data entry, reports, and documentation in company software
- Ensure compliance with company service policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, service status updates, and customer feedback summaries.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the service department.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in service operations, data handling, or computer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and service management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
