**About GyanDhan**

India’s first education financing marketplace, GyanDhan is on a mission to equalize and expand access to education. Providing end-to-end education loan assistance, GyanDhan is a digital-first company that seeks to revolutionize education financing in India.

GyanDhan was started in 2016 by two IIT alumni
- Ankit Mehra and Jainesh Sinha. Since its inception, GyanDhan has disbursed over INR 1200 crores in education loans. GyanDhan has recently ventured into the domestic segment offering interest-free loans for school fees, college fees, and upskilling courses. The Company has partnered with more than 400 institutes in India to date.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Application Process Monitoring**:

- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure timely updates to both internal stakeholders and applicants.

**Communication and Coordination**:
**Issue Resolution**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions and ensure a positive experience for both students & sales team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office software and tools.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
