**Role Description**

This is a full-time 6 days WFO on-site role for an Associate Strategy and Operations at Village Company, located in Greater Noida. The associate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, implementing strategies, and ensuring smooth functioning of the company's processes.

Business Operations - On-ground training in orders management, accounts reconciliation, inventory planning

Customer Experience - Create 10-star customer experience in every touchpoint

Stakeholder relations - Build and nurture long-term business partnerships for hyper-growth

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹242,232.98 - ₹450,000.00 per year
