**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Follow up on leads and help convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and address any queries or concerns.
- Provide support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sale service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, product, and customer support to execute marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of sales processes and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
