**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Expertise in managing executive calendars and travel arrangements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position, with occasional overtime required.
- Office-based role with potential travel for meetings and events.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
