**Position Overview**:
**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Support**:

- Build trusting relationships and collaborate with the 3CIT Solutions executive team to ensure alignment with the company’s purpose, values, mission and goals.
- Act as trusted advisor to the CEO and the executive team to surface and prioritize needs and move projects forward.
- Schedule and deliver board of directors and advisory board materials, ensuring the team sticks to the preparation timeline. Manage agenda creation with input from the CEO and executive team.
- Organize the team’s OKRs and yearly planning process and outputs.
- Support the leadership team in drafting and refining company strategy, sales forecasts, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to align strategies with overarching organizational goals.
- Contribute insights and analysis to enhance the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

**2. Project Management**:

- Implement discipline to track the execution plans derived from company strategy, ensuring alignment with established goals.
- Proficient in helping drive the strategy and overall vision of the CEO -- balancing strategic objectives with day to day operations and needs.
- Generate regular reports on business status, milestones achieved, and areas requiring attention.
- Work closely with functional teams to overcome challenges and optimize project outcomes.

**3. Communication and Coordination**:

- Foster effective communication at all levels within the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of strategic goals and execution plans.
- Conduct regular updates and briefings to keep teams informed of progress and changes.
- Forethought to fully prepare the CEO for events, including media relations; connect the dots proactively by thinking comprehensively about networking for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and various departments to facilitate smooth communication flows.

**4. Knowledge of IT Domain**:

- Leverage a strong background in the Information Technology sector, including hardware and software services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Proactively provide informed recommendations to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.

**5. Understanding of Business Processes**:

- Possess a deep understanding of business processes, particularly in sales and services.
- Collaborate with sales and services teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee operational processes, including logistics, finance, and collection, to ensure seamless execution.
- Evolve internal IT systems to support the business operations.

**6. Operations Reviews**:

- Conduct regular operations reviews to assess the performance of key business functions.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with functional heads to address challenges and streamline processes.

**7. Team Leadership and Alignment**:

- Bring diverse teams together, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving common goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of individuals with diverse skill sets.
- Drive a culture of excellence, self-discipline, and integrity within the team.

**8. Integrity and Self-Discipline**:

- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality while executing the CEO’s business agenda.
- Demonstrate self-discipline in managing tasks, priorities, and personal conduct.
- Serve as a role model for ethical behaviour and professional integrity within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- An uncanny knack for predicting needs and executing with confidence.
- Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities for evolving the organization to the next level.
- Responsiveness and reasonable availability to support a global and growing organization.
- Championship multitasking, moving quickly from long-term thinking to short-term execution.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong background in Information Technology, including hardware and software services.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict.
- Ability to work independently/autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹85,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
