**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication & Assembly**: Build custom structures (stages, booths, props) using materials like wood, metal, and acrylic.
- **Interpret Designs**: Read blueprints and technical drawings to execute event designs.
- **Tool Handling**: Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, welders).
- **On-Site Installation**: Install and dismantle event setups as per project needs.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect all fabricated products for accuracy and quality.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety standards when using equipment and materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with event production and operations teams.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in fabrication or set-building (event industry preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and operate tools/machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
