Fabric Purchaser

**Responsibilities**:
Research and identify potential fabric suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
Coordinate with the production team to determine the types and quantities of fabrics needed for each production run
Manage inventory levels and track fabric usage to ensure adequate supply for ongoing production
Analyze and report on purchasing trends and opportunities to optimize costs and quality
Monitor quality control of fabrics received and ensure compliance with company standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely payment of invoices
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
Minimum of 1 years of experience in fabric purchasing for apparel manufacturing
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with fabric types and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
