**Job Title: Fabric Developer**

As a Fabric Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the software infrastructure for blockchain solutions based on Hyperledger Fabric. Your primary focus will be on implementing smart contracts, chaincode, and other blockchain-related components to meet the requirements of various projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement smart contracts using languages like Go, JavaScript, or Solidity.
- Develop chaincode for Hyperledger Fabric to facilitate business logic execution on the blockchain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of blockchain implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform performance optimization to ensure the scalability of blockchain solutions.
- Document design specifications, deployment procedures, and technical documentation for reference purposes.
- Participate in discussions and workshops to gather requirements, define architecture, and plan project milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages like Go, JavaScript, or Solidity.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, or similar.
- Familiarity with distributed ledger technology, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in financial services, supply chain management, or healthcare domains is a plus.
