**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily fabrication activities on the shop floor, including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly.
- Allocate tasks to fabrication workers and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Monitor production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the fabrication process.
- Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and safe operation.
- Coordinate with the design and planning teams for job clarity and drawing interpretation.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure proper PPE usage by all workers.
- Maintain logs of production, labor hours, and material usage.
- Provide technical guidance and support to workers as needed.
- Report delays, issues, or resource shortages to the production head promptly.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques such as welding, plasma cutting, bending, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards in fabrication.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
