**Job description of Site Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:
Our company is looking for a site supervisor for construction related work which defines the whole process of construction from foundation to finishing and also have good ethics towards work.
- Responsible for all safety related construction activities
- Coordinates craft personnel, material and equipment to meet schedules while adhering to budget constraints
- Monitors fabrication activities to ensure high work efficiency and that quality and workmanship meet project standards and specifications
- Analyzes and provides advice to supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems
- Schedules work activities and manpower requirements to meet required completion dates
- Monitors work activities to ensure that craft personnel adhere to good safety standards
- Delegate to field supervisors such functional responsibilities for craft supervision and construction control that are appropriate and supervise their performance
- To take necessary action in case any lapse and/or lagging
- Supervises and coordinates with contractors to achieve the Project Overall Safety Goal
- Attends meetings with contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to review work site progress on a weekly basis or more frequent as required

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jahangirabad, Surat - 395005, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
- CIVIL SUPERVISOR: 3 years (required)
