We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Civil Construction Supervisor** to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our new construction projects.

**Role Summary**

The Civil Construction Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the civil construction activities of our company. The position requires hands-on supervision of projects, management of construction agencies, and efficient sourcing of construction goods at competitive prices to ensure high-quality project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee and monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Coordinate and manage construction schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- **Agency Coordination**:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable construction agencies for various projects.
- Manage relationships with hired agencies, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards and deliverables.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of agencies and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Procurement and Sourcing**:

- Source and procure construction materials and goods at the best possible prices without compromising on quality.
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including project milestones, cost management, and issue tracking.
- Document and maintain records of all project-related activities, including agency agreements, purchase orders, and compliance certificates.
- **Problem Solving and Decision Making**:

- Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Make informed decisions to adapt plans and processes as required by project demands.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil construction project management or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary:

- 25k - 30k per month**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kim, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
