Digi Learn Academy is looking for a dynamic and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and play a vital role in boosting enrollments by engaging, informing, and converting leads into successful admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with leads generated through various digital and offline campaigns.
- Explain the features, benefits, and curriculum of our digital marketing courses to potential students.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and update CRM systems regularly.
- Schedule appointments and demos for walk-ins or online counseling sessions.
- Handle objections confidently and nurture relationships with undecided leads.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams for coordinated outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or telecalling (education industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Ability to confidently explain services and handle queries/objections.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, or MS Excel.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
