**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of services offered by Vahlay Consulting.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and payments in CRM systems.
- Handle customer objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine the sales strategy.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience in B2C telesales or the consulting industry.
- Familiarity with telesales techniques and strategies.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
