Senior Telesales Associate

Job Summary:As a Senior Telesales Executive at Shubh Yatra, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, promoting the company's travel services, and managing a team of telesales agents (if applicable). You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall growth of the company's telesales operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Promote and sell travel packages (flights, hotels, tour packages, etc.).
- Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions.
- Sales Targets & Performance:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by engaging with potential clients effectively.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide high-quality customer service, answering queries and resolving issues related to bookings, pricing, and services.
- Offer personalized travel solutions based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Team Leadership (If Applicable):
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior telesales agents.
- Conduct regular team meetings, monitor daily performance, and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Help in coaching and motivating the team to enhance their sales performance.
- Product Knowledge & Upselling:
- Stay updated with the company's travel services, promotions, and deals.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., add-ons like travel insurance, upgrades) to maximize revenue per sale.
