**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring of the projects within the prescribed timelines.
- Manage a team of trainers and ensure impactful training on road safety for various target groups.
- Collaborate with potential corporates to enhance road safety initiatives in the state.
- Liaise, communicate, interact effectively and manage partnerships with the internal and external stakeholders of the project such as; Government agencies (MCGM, School authorities etc.), private Players (various expert agencies working on the project), civil society groups (NGOs, citizens groups, etc.)
- Document the project activities and outcomes on regular basis and submit the project status reports to the reporting manager as per the committed timelines
- Financial reconciliation and reporting of the project activities
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

**Profile Requisites**:

- Master’s degree in automobile engineering/social sciences/Public health
- Minimum of five years of work experience
- especially in project design, on-ground implementation of the project and monitoring etc. Any background or experience of working in the field of education and public health will be preferred
- A dynamic and versatile person who can easily connect and effectively work with internal and external stakeholders of the project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
- Efficient in handling the government agencies effectively
- Efficient in community outreach and mobilization
- Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi (proficiency in the local language will be an added advantage)

**Job Location**:Dehradun, Uttarakhand, Lucknow/Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

**Remuneration**: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is 6 to 6.6 LPA.
