We are seeking to hire a project coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our project manager in organizing our ongoing projects with end to end deliveries. This task involves client interaction, monitoring, planning, resource management, overall execution of projects, organizing and participating in client meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

**Project Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Requirement gathering, maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules & commercials.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in client meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- To multitask and work with a diversified team.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

**Project Coordinator Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer/IT background preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
