As we continue to expand our footprint, we're on the lookout for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Business Development Team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Personally identify and target potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our customized merchandise and corporate gifting solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, providing guidance to the team to ensure cohesive execution
- Oversee and contribute to the maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure
**Requirements: -**
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. -Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. -Basic understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
