**Salary** : 30% Hike from the Previous CTC (Range - 3 to 5.5 LPA)

**Working days** : 5 days, US Shifts - Saturday & Sunday off.

**Working hours**: Any 9 hours including one hour break

**Location** : Ambattur, Chennai.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1) Typical Customer Support role. Addressing the queries and grievances of Customers within the stipulated timeline

2) Must have knowledge in BFSI Industry

4) Issue Resolution:
Address customer inquiries and complaints by identifying the issue, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely resolution to increase customer satisfaction.

5) Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers and suggest suitable products or services as needed.

6) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Use CRM software to track and document all customer interactions, manage customer data, and follow up on open issues for a seamless support experience.

7) Cross-cultural Communication:
Adapt communication style to suit the cultural expectations of international customers, ensuring clarity, respect, and empathy in all interactions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
