**Key Responsibilities**
- Call and follow up with customers who abandoned their carts
- Understand customer concerns and help them complete their purchase
- Share product details, offers, and support options.
- Update CRM records and coordinate with support/marketing teams
- Provide valuable feedback to improve the customer journey.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during all interactions
- Learn and understand the products to answer basic customer queries
- Record customer interactions and details in the system accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

- Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Customer-focused attitude
- Patience and active listening
