**Key Responsibilities**:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

**Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts to increase followers and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated with the latest SEO & social media trends and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for campaign execution.
- Generate monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and SMO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for social media creatives is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
