Company Profile: 

Position Title: Finance & Accounts Executive

Qualifications: B. Com/ M. Com / MBA in finance/ Inter-CA - (drop out CA)

Experience: 4-7 Years

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Description:   
- Handling payroll for the subsidiaries
- Timely and accurate salary disbursements, payroll accounting, liaising with outsourced payroll vendor for monthly payrolls, 
- salary certificates for employees, employee exit management, maintain monthly schedules and reconciliations, ensuring compliances with local laws. 
- Company Secretarial compliances for India - Reviewing ROC forms, maintaining of board minutes, reviewing statutory registers prepared by consultants, 
- CSR compliances and other company act compliances that may arise from time to time. 
- Maintaining Internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) - Preparing and reviewing process notes.
- Assisting in Fixed assets accounting - Passing monthly entries, maintaining fixed asset register, running depreciation in accounting system, carrying out periodic physical verification of fixed assets. 
- Revenue accounting for one of the locations: Accounting entries, Billing, monitoring collections.
- Sales tax compliances for one of the overseas locations.
- Assisting in any other special projects that may arise from time to time and other day to day finance activities. (MIS, Invoicing, etc.)

**Required Skills**:

- Core accounting & Accounts receivables
- Revenue Management
- Good working experience on MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience of working in any ERP accounting packages 
- Book keeping accountancy  
- Well versed and good command on MS office
- Excellent communication skills
