**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage daily accounting operations for SuperCFO and its clients.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for both internal use and clients.
- Support financial analysis and diligence efforts, including data gathering and interpretation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support audit processes and respond to financial inquiries from management and clients.
- Assist in ad hoc financial projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a promoter-driven business.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Zoho is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A quick learner, eager to grow, and adaptable to new financial tools and processes.
