**About the Role**

We are hiring a meticulous and proactive **Finance & Accounts Executive** to join our core finance function. In this role, you will take charge of day-to-day accounting activities, ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, and support financial operations that drive business clarity and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting & Bookkeeping**

Manage daily accounting entries in **Tally ERP** and maintain accurate general ledger records.

Oversee **accounts receivable and payable**, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.

Execute **bank reconciliations** and resolve any mismatches or irregularities.

**Taxation & Compliance**

Prepare and file **GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)**, ensuring complete and timely compliance.

Calculate and process **TDS deductions**, file returns, and generate Form 16A as per statutory deadlines.

Monitor and ensure adherence to other statutory compliances including **Income Tax, PF, ESI**, and professional tax.

**Financial Reporting & Audit Support**

Assist in the preparation of **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** and management reports.

Support internal and external **audit processes** by preparing schedules and responding to queries.

Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

Coordinate with HR and payroll service providers to ensure correct **payroll processing** and compliance with statutory deductions.

Liaise with external consultants, CA firms, and vendors for taxation and statutory filings.

**What You Bring**

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com or Inter CA is an advantage).

3-5 years of hands-on experience in **core accounting functions** and **Indian statutory compliance**.

Strong working knowledge of **Tally ERP** and MS Excel; familiarity with Zoho Books, Busy, or similar software is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**

In-depth understanding of **GST**, **TDS**, and statutory returns filing.

Strong knowledge of **basic accounting principles**, financial reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

Detail-oriented with a high level of **accuracy and analytical thinking**.

Ability to **prioritize tasks**, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Skills**

Experience supporting **statutory and tax audits**.

Familiarity with **payroll cycles** and **employee tax compliance**.

Exposure to **digital accounting practices**, automated reconciliations, or invoice matching tools.
