**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and manage social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content that reflects the brand’s tone and message.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to foster a community.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing for KPIs like engagement, conversions, and traffic.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
