**The Details**
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Monitor and engage with audience on various platforms.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant discussions.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the founders' social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure that all content is published on time
- Develop creative strategies for content that align with the founders' brand, voice, and business objective.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other team members to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
