Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand current trands and topics on different social media platform like (Facebook, Instagram & twiter)
- Analyse data from social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Create and implement social media campaigns in line with the overall business goals.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop a social media strategy.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust campaigns as needed.
- Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
- Study competitors and find ways to improve.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing, researching and analysing social media will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.
- Ability to understand data and provide insights from it.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Experience with influencer and performance marketing.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 2 years (preferred)
- Social media research: 2 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh (preferred)
