**Job Title**: Social Media Copywriter / Project Manager

**Location**: Onsite - Indore, Madhya Pradesh
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Regular Employment
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 (in-hand)
**Working Days & Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative strategies and campaigns for multiple social media platforms and industry verticals.
- Write engaging copy, including puns, memes, one-liners, and ad content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to align visuals with messaging and content strategy.
- Drive specific objectives related to creative development, project management, lead generation, and marketing communications.
- Plan, execute, and track the success of online and offline marketing efforts including brochures, posters, and social ads.
- Utilize SEO techniques and tools to boost website visibility and rankings.
- Execute and enhance social media engagement efforts to improve key performance indicators (likes, shares, engagement, etc.).
- Regularly review and manage the company’s website and digital presence.
- Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports for the core management team.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and suggest creative promotional techniques.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively using appropriate digital and marketing terminology.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related role.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of color theory, design elements, and visual aesthetics.
- Highly creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A good sense of humor and the ability to craft viral and relatable content is a plus.
