**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, and stories).
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong community.
- Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality visuals and campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and community management.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
