We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Mobile Customer Care Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while driving sales of mobile products and services. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the achievement of sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- **Sales and Product Promotion**:
- Actively promote and upsell mobile products, services, and accessories based on customer needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and bundling to maximize sales potential.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, promotions, and market trends to effectively inform customers.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
