Frelit Energy is based in Vadodara and serves the markets of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
**Roles and Responsibility**:
- Conduct outbound calls to all generated leads to confirm appointments with the sense of Time Management.
- Provide information about our solar EPC services and products and it’s benefits in terms of savings.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve them.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow-up for pending/postponed calls with proper planning and scheduling.
- Assign all booked appointments to Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM our system.
- Co-ordinate with sales team to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company scripts and communication guidelines.
- Provide feedback to the management about market conditions and customer needs.
- Prepare regular tele-calling reports and submit at the end of the day.
**Educations and Experience**:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in tele sales & marketing/customer support. (Solar experience will be a plus)
- Experience in Planning and Scheduling is strongly desirable.
- Working knowledge of Internet and MS Word/Excel, CRM working experience is a Plus.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and demonstrative presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and analytical tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and govt. regulatory changes, affecting the solar energy sector.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy revolution and it’s benefits.
- Results-driven and able to work towards targets.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
