We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting an overview of our membership plans, and generating appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Provide a comprehensive overview of our membership plans and benefits.
- Collect key information from customers, including their car name, yearly income, age, marital status, and family members.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.

**Job Timing**:

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives and SPIF

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is a plus but not required.
