The Role
- 12+ years of experience in recruitment and workforce management or a similar dual role.
- Proven ability to design and implement successful recruitment strategies.
- Experience managing a team of recruiters and leading large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR analytics.
- Proficiency in workforce planning tools and HR management systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in workforce management.
- Experience in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns or high-volume hiring.
- Previous experience in workforce optimization in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
