JOB DESCRIPTION for Chief Talent Acquisition Officer

Chief Talent Officers plan and execute talent acquisition strategies and
create talent pipelines for future hiring needs, including executive and
leadership roles.
**Reporting to: CHRO What the Role needs to Achieve**
Manage all talent aspects of the company and build a workplace that fosters business objectives and values. Hire talent in a timely, efficient
& cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. Should have thorough knowledge of unique roles required for
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Crafting and implementing a strong talent management strategy.
- Be in charge of the organization’s internal and external talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage complete Talent Life Cycle.
- Hiring new talent.
- Develop recruitment strategies for specific roles in the company after identifying unique roles required to run a company.
- Create talent pipelines for future hiring needs, including executive and leadership roles.
- Attracting and recruiting leadership talent.
- Partner with different departments to create an equal and collaborative environment.
- Coordinate recruiting events to raise awareness of the company.
- Explore potential hiring needs and build long-term recruitment and succession plans by acting as in charge of employees’ succession planning.
- Research and consult on compensation and benefits.
- Track and report on turnover rates.
- Digital Transformation of Talent Acquisition end to end process and provide data analytics.
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven work experience as a Chief Talent Officer or similar role
- Familiarity with performance management software
- Experience organizing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Good understanding of Human Resources tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to coach and manage individuals and teams
EXPERIENCE
15+ Years out of which 5 years as Head of Talent Acquisition with managing team of 10+ members in TA department distributed in branches. Experience of working for at least 1500 Employees
Company having multiple branches across country.
