**Job Description**:
To Support in All the PMO Activities (Planning, Reporting, Finance. Staffing and Admin)
- Data gathering and consolidation from the various stakeholders and analyze the same
- Assist in Preparation of PPTs / data points for review
- Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Build / Maintain knowledge repository of best practices, tools, engagement highlights
- Status reporting, presentation and facilitation
- Communicate with Engagement Managers, understand operational requirement, analyze and propose solution
- Support the operations team to keep the resource tracker / Master trackers updated.
- Take necessary action to facilitate the client on-boarding's.
