**JOB ROLE - Project Management - PMO**

**Required Skills**:

- 4 - 6 years of project management/business analysis experience in Payment & Liquidity projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across various stakeholders and senior management.
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint & tools like Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills,
- End-to-end project management experience, including scoping, business case development, implementation, and change management.
- Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives.
- Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.
- Hands-on experience in managing agile /hybrid operating models with a proven ability to deliver key portfolio outcomes.

Preferred Skills - PMP/ Prince 2 or equivalent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
