**About Lighstorm NOC**:

- State-of-the-art Network Operations from two locations DC-Mumbai and DR-Noida
- Both the NOC operate in active-active mode as DC-DR
- Deployed and operating Cloud-hosted OSS- BSS systems
- In-house competence for Network & Service migration with experts coming from india and
Global Telecom Operations team
- Operational experience in managing own facilities and competence in NaaS and SaaS
- Single source of truth for LTC internal and external teams.

**Role Description Primary responsibilities and accountabilities**:
Developing required documentation such as SOP, work instruction, process gap analysis, process
flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities, SLA/OLA

**Role/ responsibilities include**:

- Data Collation for analysis
- Liaising with Operation stakeholders to identify process gaps
- Identify, refine, report and monitor processes
- Support in defining success criteria
- Responsible for implementing the Process across LTC
- Responsible for getting ISO20K certification as well as maintaining it
- Able to do the consulting job for getting the process created internally and externally.

**Skills/ Experience**
- Minimum/ Ideal/ Target years of relevant and total experience : 8-10 years
- Industry preference, if any : Enterprise/Telecom/NOC Operations
- Team Management experience required: No
- Education qualification (if required to be specified) : B.E./B.Tech or equivalent (ITIL)

- Technical skills:

- Basic experience on developing required documentation such as, process
flow diagrams, SOPs, KPIs, RACI, gap analysis reports
- Basic knowledge of OSS & BSS processes
- Basic Telecom Knowledge
