We are seeking experienced **Freelance Recruiters** who thrive on a commission-based structure, where payments are made upon successfully filling a position.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities***:

- Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialists
- Client-Facing Roles/Sales Professionals
- Administrative Assistants
- Website Developers
- Graphic Designers
- Accounts and Bookkeeping Experts
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements and organizational culture.
- Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and maintain transparent communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a recruiter, preferably in freelance or commission-based roles.
- Expertise in recruiting for one or more of the mentioned specializations.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Understanding of remote work dynamics and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.

Job Timings

Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in web development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace) Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery Knowledge of versioning tools (Git, SVN), and debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug) Experience in website architecture, e-commerce management, and graphics/UI design Proficiency in DNS, hosting, database, and backup management Client-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
