**Customer Care Executive**

Work time: 9 am to 6 pm

Qualification: 12 pass or Graduate. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Care Executive.

Should be Fluent in English, Hindi and Konkani.

**Responsibilities**:
Making calls to potential customers.

Explaining company services and products.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers for upselling of the products.

Coordinating with the client to ensure timely deliveries.

Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints or technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Communicate customer feedback, insights, and recurring issues to relevant departments to improve products/services and customer experience.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their needs are met.


Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Vasco Da Gama, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
