Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Real Estate
- Analyze Engineering drawings, derive quantities and define specifications for Earthworks, Structures, Buildings and other civil engineering works.
- Review architectural and design plans, prepare quantity statements.
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings and BOQ of Items
- Project spectrum: Real Estate, High Rise Buildings, Residential, Commercial.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, Project Management software(ERP).
- Documentation for bills preparation and processing, sub-contractor bill processing, materials purchase documentation for test certificates etc.
- Preparation of BOQ of Items
- Estimate the Cost and Quantity of all items necessary for the Project.
- Assist the Project Head in reconciliation of bills related to Material quantity/costs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
