Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Planning and Billing Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure or building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and preparing bills as per contractual guidelines. This role demands cross-functional coordination and a deep understanding of project execution and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project/Primavera.
  • Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and contractors to ensure timely progress.
  • Track project milestones, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for internal and client use.

2. Billing & Quantity Estimation:

  • Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per BOQ and contract conditions.
  • Verify measurements and quantities from site and ensure timely billing.
  • Monitor cash flow and billing projections to align with project financials.
  • Reconciliation of materials and quantities.

3. Documentation & Contracts:

  • Interpret and understand contract documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain proper records of RA bills, work orders, variations, and amendments.
  • Support commercial team in rate analysis and tender evaluation.

4. Coordination & Site Support:

  • Work closely with the execution team to ensure planned targets are met.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and vendors for approvals and clearances.
  • Provide technical input during project meetings and reviews.
