**Job description**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our staffing company as a CUSTOMER CONTACT OFFICER. This role requires someone with a strong communication, analytics skill and the ability to handle various day to day responsibilities. As Customer Contract Officer you will be responsible for providing the casual staff for all aligned Age Care centres and need to get in touch with age care centres for their queries, requirements, resolutions.

- Responsible to provide feasible solution of the queries of Age Care centres
- Responsible to get in touch with casual staff and make them available for work

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

**Required Female only**

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
