**Job Summary**:
We're looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive with a strong background in IT sales to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Cold Calling: Generate new leads through cold calling and outreach efforts.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.

3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

4. Sales Closing: Close deals and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT sales (software, hardware, or services).

2. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong understanding of the IT industry and trends.
