**What you will do**: We are looking for a Sales Operation Executive to join our team and support our sales team. The duties include data analysis and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.

**Other Responsibilities Include**:

- Oversee the sales funnel.
- Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools
- Streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
- Work with sales leadership to create cascade documents, Minutes of Meeting etc.
- Compile and produce sales reports, ad-hoc reports, and analysis on accounts as required in a timely and accurate manner.
- Automate reporting and analysis processes whenever feasible

**Who You Are**:

- You possess an analytical mind as well as a strong business acumen.
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders

**Minimum Qualifications**
