We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
- Meet sales revenue targets.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and consult them with the best IT solutions fitting their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services offered by the company.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in business-to-business
- Have a consultative sales approach
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
- Driven and motivated
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Experienced)
- Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time
- Ability to work as a team
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree (Fresher)
**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
