**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive - Outbound Sales (B2C)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales (B2C background preferred).
- **Languages**:

- English + Hindi (mandatory)
- Additional regional language (preferred): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali.
- **Age**: 24 to 37 years.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills.

**Salary**:

- ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 in-hand (based on last drawn salary).

**Shift Timings**:

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- 2 rotational weekly off.
