**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Admissions & Enrollment**:
- Provide course/program details, admission criteria, and fee structure.
- Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, or counseling sessions (if applicable).
- Maintain admission registers and digital databases.
- **Academic Records Management**:
- Maintain accurate student records (personal details, academic history, attendance).
- Ensure timely updates in the Student Information System (SIS).
- **Office Administration**:
- Draft and issue letters, circulars, and notices.
- Schedule meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and events.
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- **Financial Coordination**:
- Assist in fee collection, issuing receipts, and updating ledgers.
- Prepare fee-related reports for management.
- **Communication & Support**:
- Act as a point of contact between management, faculty, students, and parents.
- Handle complaints, requests, and feedback.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
- Maintain compliance with educational board/university requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
