**Job Description:

- **
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate
- Satisfactory resolution.
- Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
- Review estimates and invoices for accuracy.
- Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals.
- Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Communicate order status, any problems, changes and alterations to plant personnel, sales
representatives, and Customers.
- Take initiative to prevent problems.
- Manage inventory and produce inventory report
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information
and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service report by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Follow up for Payments and coordinating with sales and recovery person.
- Keep record of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints

Pay: ₹9,606.16 - ₹33,927.17 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
